J’étudie la géodynamique, telle que la révèle la géochimie des laves en zone d’accrétion (e.g. : Mougel et al. 2021, Mougel. et al 2022) ; dans les marges passives  (e.g. : Agranier et al., 2019, Chauvet et al., 2019, Basile et al., 2020) et  les marges actives (e.g. : Mortimer et al., 2020 ; Agranier et al., 2022 ; Gans et al., 2023). Dans le cadre de ces thématiques, je participe à des missions d’échantillonnage à terre et en mer (par exemple les campagnes en mer PARISUB 2010, VOLCABASIN 2012, VESPA 2015, HERMINE 2017, GARANTI 2017, MANTA RAY 2022 et DIADEM 2023).
