L’UMR1227 'Lymphocytes B, Autoimmunité et Immunothérapies' fédère autour du laboratoire d'immunologie plusieurs entités cliniques
La rhumatologie, hématologie, néphrologie et odontologie pour un projet scientifique qui s’articule autour de deux axes principaux : un axe fondamental dédié à la compréhension des mécanismes régissant l’orientation fonctionnelle d’un Lymphocyte B dans l'autoimmunité, et un axe translationnel visant à développer de nouveaux outils dédiés à améliorer l’efficacité des immunothérapies ciblant les Lymphocytes B, s’appuyant sur une meilleure stratification des patients, une meilleure compréhension des mécanismes d’actions de ces traitements, la prédiction de la réponse au traitement, et le développement de traitements et de stratégies thérapeutiques innovantes.
