Resulting from a multi-team collaboration, the LUPUCE webapp has been developed as a tool to explore blood transcriptomic data in systemic lupus erythematosus. The application is designed to be accessible for a wide range of users and allows to easily explore gene expression by functional modules through various visualization modes, and connect these data to relevant clinical features.

The web-app was developed in collaboration with the European Hospital of Marseille (FR), Sidra Medicine (QAT), the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine (US), the C2VN Research Lab (FR), St Jude's Children Research Hospital (US), Brest University Hospital and LBAI - Inserm U1227.
